The name Nioflo reflects our evolution. This new identity supports our growth across North America and reinforces our commitment to staying close to our clients, wherever they are. Same mission, same team, with a renewed identity built for the future..
Is the platform changing?
No.
The technology, features, and interface all remain the same. You’ll continue using the same tools you're familiar with.
Will my access to the platform change?
No.
Your login, dashboard, and modules remain unchanged. Only the logo and platform name have been updated.
Is it still the same team behind Nioflo?
Yes.
You’ll continue working with the same account managers, technical contacts, and support team. Nothing changes on that front.
Are my data affected in any way?
Not at all.
All of your data remains secure and untouched. No migration, no disruption, no data loss.
Has the legal name of the company changed?
No.
Only the commercial name has changed. Your current contracts, terms, and agreements remain valid.
What does this change mean for me?
- You’ll see the new Nioflo name and logo on the platform, in communications, and on documents.
- You may receive emails from updated addresses (e.g., contact@nioflo.com), but the old ones will remain active during the transition.
Will I need to sign a new contract?
